Shipping & Returns


Pluck & Swagger is pleased to offer Flat Rate Shipping of $7.00 per order to all shipping addresses in the continental United States. (Customers in Alaska and Hawaii, please contact us directly for shipping inquiries.) Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to international destinations at this time.

Returns Policy

At Pluck & Swagger, we do our best to ensure a hassle-free and smooth returns process. You may return new and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Pluck & Swagger will cover the shipping cost of returning the item. Please note that in order to receive a full refund, the item(s) must be returned in unused condition.

Submitting a Return Request
In order to return an item, you must first submit a Return Request. Simply sign in to your account and click on the "Completed Orders" link under the My Account menu. Find the order that contains the item(s) to be returned and click on the Return Item(s) button. Fill out the Return Request form and submit.

Shipping Your Return
Within 24 hours of submitting your Return Request, you will receive an e-mail with a link to our Customer Portal where you can download a pre-paid return label as a PDF.
Please print this return label and affix it to the package containing the item(s) to be returned. You will then need to schedule a pickup or take the package to the nearest facility that matches the shipping carrier (i.e. FedEx, UPS) shown on the return label.

Receiving Your Refund
Once we have received the returned item(s), we will process the return and issue a refund as quickly as possible. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the shipping carrier, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We will notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item(s).
